Im not too far in, just wanted to say good job and have a suggestion: can you darken the text since its on a light background, makes it kinda hard to read.

I was hoping that this game was gonna be a turn based game not being attacked while trying to find words. Its ok.
The mix works very well. It makes you think a little.
Dungeon Scroll is actually quite a decent word game for the iPhone. The gameplay is smooth, theres plenty of replay value, and theres even a variety of stats that you can view to track your game scores and discovered items. However, the games World Map is very mundane and lacking any real significant rush to get the game finished. It wouldve been much better if the games areas were more enhanced. Other than that, this is the perfect word game for any word-rpg fan.
Basically its Scrabble but with crappy graphics, annoying music, and sound effects that you cant turn off.
I like the concept, kind of like a scrabble version of puzzle quest, but it lacks the depth of the afore mentioned game. Once youve fought the first level, you basically know how the remaining 24 levels are going to go. Basically, I like it, I just wish there was more to it!
A fun word game, quirky humor, success depends on the luck of the tiles you draw. Id definitely recommend it.
Dungeon Scroll is actually pretty cool. The game is a cross between Text Twist, Boggle and Scrabble, with monsters you defeat creating word "spells". The RPG elements are very light, and include boosting your health, boosting damage, add luck for magic tiles or add points to your lot, and they come up as youre playing the game, so, its a no brainer. The addicting part comes with the attacks as some of them get faster and harder as you go along. The game is so addicting, I just wish it were a little longer. (the harder levels really are hard.) If you pay attention, Dungeon Scroll is also humorous, with the random items you find as you play the game. If you like word games, the price is right for this retro styled gem. (Wishlist: The graphics could be a little better. The game could be a little longer with additional worlds and more monsters. It would also be fun to make this multiplayer online to play against your friends ala "Words With Friends".)
Freezes around level 13. Has frozen on me 3 times
I have enjoyed playing this word game for quite some time, now. Sadly a recent update has introduced a bug that kills your game session prior to completing all levels. Once this is fixed, Ill increase the rating from 2 to 4 or 5 stars (based on whatever else is added).
This is quite possibly the best word game out there. Ive played all the great ones: Words With Friends, Word Weaver, Abca, Bookworm, Woodwarp, Magic Words Arcanum, Word Crasher, and Textropolis, but this one is the most fun and challenging. Dont get me wrong though. All the proceeding are very good and have MUCH to offer, but Dungeon scroll is probably the most imaginative, challenging, and greatest one out there. NOTE: The developer is coming out with version 2.0 soon to fix the bugs which cause the app to crash on my 4S. Cant wait!
Fun word game where you have to form words from a jumble of letters. Theres more strategy to it than that, and its set in a dungeon where you are supposedly using "magic" words to defeat monsters. This game also has a number of Easter eggs that will surprise you with a chuckle. Nice way to pass the time on the bus or something.
I loved the idea of this game and played all three modes. The only problem is that it took me just over an hour to beat all the modes combined. Id love to see mots added on to this game, but in the meantime, its a different type if word game and worth a try.
